But why do we exclusively use Loring roasters? Loring's closed-loop system makes the roasting process almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Instead of constantly reheating the ambient air, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach the ideal roasting temperatures. This not only results in more Fresh Roasted Coffee for you but also reduces the amount of burned coffee that goes to waste.

To further preserve the freshness of our coffee, we immediately package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag after roasting. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that is heavier than air, effectively forcing out flavor-stealing oxygen before the bag is sealed tight.

Our diverse product offering includes FRC Dark, FRC Light, Organic Drago, Organic Peru, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Kochere, and Organic Java Taman Dadar. All of these coffees are 100% roasted Arabica, with no additives, artificial flavors, or preservatives, and are proudly roasted, blended, and packaged in the USA.

Each coffee has its own unique cupping notes and roast profiles, catering to a wide range of preferences. The FRC Dark offers a bold, rich, and toasty experience, while the FRC Light is bright, crisp, and juicy. The Organic Drago features butter rum, lemon zest, and a smooth finish, and the Organic Peru delivers warm cinnamon, caramel, and orange notes. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Kochere boasts lemon, honey, and a mild profile, and the Organic Java Taman Dadar presents baker's chocolate, cedar, and a syrupy body.
